In the original configuration, vented air from the PT-6 Engine is directed out through piping in the wheel well and then dumped overboard at the aft of the nacelle, just forward of the flap.

The Butterfield Industries Air/Oil Separator mounts on the firewall and is plumbed into the engine vent line. It extracts the fine mist of oil grom that lines and deposits it in the residue tank.

NOTE:  To install the Air/Oil Separator, you will need to install the Oil Residue Collection System. The residue collection tank will collect the oil extracted from the line.
